I've lived here for 7 or 8 months now on the 2nd floor and so far haven't had any major problems. I would definately recommend this place to my friends.

Parking: no one has ever parked in my space and there's always plenty of visitor parking in my section.
Floorplan: huge patio, above average storage, large bedroom. Everything else is typical of all other apartments like the old white appliances. use name brand dish detergent in your dishwasher or you'll get so many spots.
Crime: Nothing happened to me, I haven't seen any cars broken into which is a little surprising because the gate is open/broken 80% of the time.
Bugs: Not concerned at all. I saw a dead cricket on my living room floor once and a spider in my storage area.
Staff/Maintenance: The people are friendly. I had a maintenance visit that didn't fix the problem (ice maker) but I wasn't too proactive about it. I'm sure they would have gotten ice to come out of that freezer eventually.
Pool / Gym: Pool is nice, gym is outstanding. It's about a year old and each machine has it's own TV with headphone jack. I never worked out until I moved here.
Noise: Never an issue although I don't know that I have many neighbors. The condo market is tough right now. Every Thursday at 8AM the landscapers come and they are loud but not a problem if you get to work on time.
Minor Problems: faucet water is always cold, small unimportant parts tend to fall off appliances or windows, dog poop on the walkways rarely, no free online rent payment, gates are broken a lot, have to run clothes through the dryer twice.

It's not perfect and I don't know if I'd call it luxury living but I am very happy with what I got for the price. The staff does try - I've heard about some upgrades like new appliances and I did get new wooden shutters one day for no reason. There is a risk of them converting your apt to a condo when your lease is up so consider that before you move in.

Interesting how a lot of the positive reviews on here have the same title format like "Great place --- Getting better!" or "I love it here --- Nice staff!" It's almost like the same person has been writing them all.
