ive lived here for around 2 years now. when i first moved in , i did like the place, although the carpet was not new , and the appliances are old, the spacious floorplan and lots of storage did impress me. the good : awesome maintainence crew, they are the saving grace, spacious floor plan, good storage , quiet neigborhood , awesome gym and decent pools.
the bad : appliances are old, plumbing is old (i had a situation when the gunk from the restroom overflowed into my room - the management did not do a whole lot, except sympathize) , management doesnt accomodate your lease renewal, they seem to prefer the new renters more i guess , i would have walked back and forth 20 times to renew my lease the third time
why am i moving out' finally got tired of the bad A/C and appliances , got a better rental deal close by
would i recommend this ' yes, if this is you are coming off a student life , it may look like a step up, if you are used to more luxury in your house, dont try this one (ofcourse other apartments in the same community may have better appliance, i guess i was just more lucky)
