I have lived here for about a year and a half. I have no complaints. The floor plans are ample. Large balcony. I am renting one of their condo units, which I believe is extra, but negotiated a good rate (don't be afraid to negotiate!!). Condo units have the upgraded appliances and counters - really adds to the appearance. The grounds are always in good shape. The front pool is really nice - great for sweating off a long Friday night. Never really had much use for the office staff, which is a good thing, I guess. They have always been pleasant when I did speak with them.
I live in the front of the comlpex, so not much noise, aside from a little traffic noise from Priest.
