I used to live there and had problems with the staff. They are rude and do tend to favor certain residents there. I'm so glad I do not live there anymore because while I was there I felt like I was under a microscope eventhough the complex is huge. They are really nice and spacious apts but if the staff does not know how to treat people then nothing else matters! They do tend to descriminate as well. I may not look like I bring home a very nice paycheck and may not drive a hummer and live in an apartment complex but I do well for myself, and certainly don't need to be treated like I'm second to someone else. Hell, I do better than all of those leasing agents. So keep looking. There are other nice apartments in the area that do have better staff!
