When we moved out, we spent two full 9 hour days cleaning every nook and cranny after our furniture was gone. They did not do a move out walk through and charged us $400 above and beyond our deposit. They also said there were broken screens and would not even entertain the thought that someone broke in after we moved out. Word of advice: take pictures on move out--lots of them--even if they do a walk through.

When we lived there, they refused to do anything about noisy neighbors and the broken beer bottles all over our walkway (dangerous for our small children). The staff was rude also.
