The maintenance problems are usually fixed correctly, IF FIXED!The problem is that when you request maintenance to come while you're there at home, THEY NEVER SHOW! The manager needs to be called several times before the maintenance will show up. THEY ARE LAZY ILLEGALS! There is always dog poop on the grounds and an odor of dog urine. They are poorly constructed, I can hear every foot step and argument of my neighbors upstairs. Besides these issues, the apartments are nice.
