I am very close to the end of my 18 month lease here and couldn't be happier to move out! Have had problems that were not properly handled by staff and management (that has changed frequently) since the first week of my move in date. Have had numerous meetings with management regarding unresolved & unacceptable issues. Very difficult to have anything addressed by maintenance staff...including maintenance emergencies such as a flood from a broken ice maker & no heat during winter! About 80% of office staff do not know how to help with simple task such as: making key copies for pool and will send you away until maintenance staff is available during weekdays to cut keys, providing monthly rent amount (if you have any credits on your acct, they do not know how to use simple math with calculator to provide total) and will also send you away until management is available - also during weekdays. Basically, you must go through manager for almost everything & hope you get the service you need. The office staff, management & maintenance staff are rude to say the least. If you decide to choose this apt complex take note: If you work out ANY type of arrangements with management regards receiving any type of service or any payment negotiations...BE SURE TO GET DETAILS IN WRITTING WITH MGR SIGNATURE!!!!! As management often "forgets or do not recall specific decisions or arrangements"!!!! The apartments building are nice a fairly spacious, pretty quiet & nice area.
