Stonebridge Ranch is, by far, the best place I have ever lived. To begin yes, they offer great specials and deals! The staff is the nicest and most helpful of any customer service oriented establishment that I deal with on a regular basis. Everyone who complains about noises from neighbors...get real! You live in an apartment community! I owned a condo and could hear more noise from my fellow neighbors than what I hear in my current apartment! Prior to moving in, I checked with the proper powers to be and found no records of any crimes that would make me concerned. The thing that is really upsetting about many comments that are put forth in the world, you only hear the negative. Those people dont have anything better to do than gripe! I just signed another lease for 18-months! I dont plan to go anywhere for quite some time. Yes, I do pay more than may places in the area but, the price you pay also sets forth the type of neighbors you will have living next to you! So, enjoy your new home and maybe Ill run into you at one of the pools or fitness cneter.
