First of all, if you would ever need to get out of a lease for any reason, even a family member dying, do NOT move into this apartment complex. There is not a corporate release, either. I had the opportunity of a lifetime to move to dallas and make 20,000 dollars more a year with my company and I couldnt because I was stuck with these morons. I guess that would be my fault for not asking that question when I signed the lease. They are very misleading, the place is not as nice as they would like to make you think it is. They do not include ANYTHING in the rent. The electric for my 1 bedroom is over 100 dollars a month when i am NOT running the A/C, they make you may for the sewer/water/trash pick up, that jumped from 10 a month to 25 the month after i moved in, and my rent for a tiny little apartment is 750 dollars, and that's with a "RENT DEAL"!!! They say that the market value of my apartment is actually 900 dollars or something ridiculous. Not to mention that they are building a freeway right behind the complex, and there are tons of coyotes, scorpions and dog feces all over the grounds. They run the sprinklers too much and it makes the sidewalks slippery, I have slipped many times and so have a few of my friends and their children. I had an appliance malfunction and they are saying that they are going to charge me for it...ISNT THAT WHY YOU RENT AN APARTMENT''' Not to have to pay for unexpected appliance failures and peace of mind'!'! The girls in the office are clueless and the manager is clueless, very rude --- guy. Anyways, I do NOT recommend this place.
