In the last 3 months of living in this community, I have experienced there is nothing positive about this place other than it's close to the freeway and Chandler Mall. I have had many issues with my parking spot being taken by resident's visitors (which lets you know the quality of people living here), paper thin walls, neighbors leaving garbage outside their door every single day and the feeling of not being safe in this location. It is located next to a large amount of poverty and a trashy bar down the street, which makes me question the safety at night.
