We have lived at Stonebridge for over a year. Our experiences seem to be a combination of what has been reviewed. When we first moved in there were some minor repairs that we needed. The response by maintainence was quick and done right the first time. The office staff we spoke to were informative and not the least bit rude. However, we have experieinced very loud upstairs neighbors. Not sure if its due to soundproofing or just the fact that they like to let their kids jump up and down on the furniture and bounce a ball off the walls. We have had our car vandalized. There is a stronger need for security. However, I don't understand the statement made by another reviewer who said that the property had been sold three times. When we moved here it was a Fairfield Property and the only notice we received of the property selling was on 5/4/04. Haven't experienced any drunk staff. For whatever the case, the best advise is to investigate the neighborhood, the property and company history prior to moving in. Ask the right questions regarding your lease and just be informed. Buyer beware.
