While judging from the pretty photos on their website and the saccharin-sweet staff, one would think this apartment complex to be ideal. However, this rental experience has proven to be the most expensive and offensive in my rental history of over ten years. If you choose to sign a lease, be certain to obtain a personal copy (given only by request) and read the fine print. BEWARE: while the management team appears to be friendly, they are in no way your friends and cannot be trusted! The office staff is subpar, incompetent and in reality quite rude. In addition, be very aware of their move-out/vacating policies as they are unlike any other I have dealt with in the past.
