So much regret. So much pain. I feel like it's my duty to tell the world how bad it was at Stonebridge Ranch. If one person would indicate that he or she decided not to live there because of this review, I swear, I'll be happy all week. To the facts: #1 You can have a dog. This is nice. It'd be nicer if the other people with dogs would, oh, I don't know, clean up after them. No such luck. #2 There's a "staff." Riiighht. There are indeed people who seem to sit around in the office. You'll recognize them as the people who show up at around 10 and leave around 4 and never seem to be available when you need them. Oh, but park your car in any space but your own and whammo! there they are. What's that you say' Your neighbors are keeping you up everynight' The fridge leaks' The bathroom smells musty' There's dog crap everywhere' The microwave doesn't work' There are loose wires hanging down from the ceiling in the closet' There are strange bugs crawling up from the sinks' The screen door doesn't slide' Your upstairs neighbors sound like they walk around in ski boots' The guy across the hall scares the crap outta you and there's inadequate lighting near your door' We can talk about all that later...but YOU'RE PARKED IN SOMEONE ELSES SPOT. Sorry for that long and oddly worded imaginary discussion between myself and one of the "staff." It never happened, I promise (wink, wink.) I'll stop here. We lived at Stonebridge for one year. This description is articulate and correct. Glad to be out.

everyone beware, this person is absolutley right. if you wnat to walk aruond the community smelling dog crap in the air and hearing neighbors at all hours of the night.....go for it!

I agree! The bathroom smells musty, there is this smell that comes out of every drain that smells like sewer gases, they tow cars for being dirty (no lies), and if you get a flat tire, then you have abandoned your vehicle therefore it will be towed at your expense!
