Amazing the oppinions of some of you "anonymous" people. Given, I have only been here about a month now, but I have no complaints. The current staff seems eager to help and answer my questions, and respond to service. I recently moved out here from Texas, and I guarantee you're not going to find the ammenities and nice interiors like these for under 1200 a month in Dallas.(currently paying 750 for a 1 bedroom with a den)Hell, I was paying the exact same price for a 1 bedroom with 400 less square feet in a lower class part of the Dallas area. As for half of the complaints I have read, the funniest has to be "passing up up a 20k raise to move to Dallas for a job" because you would have to break your lease. Idiot. And whining because they charged you for not giving notice at the end of your lease' That's standard. You people complain about the things that if you had any common sense, you'd know it's all just part of apartment living. I've been in an apartment for going on 10 years now, and I've seen it all. I've had my complaints, but just like you, it's because I didn't read the fine print. Everything is about the fine print these days. Know what your getting into and you won't feel like an idiot in the end. Can't complain about this place so far. Best compliment: every day I see a new hot chick!
