I had lived at this complex for 18 months and sure wished I had shopped around before signing the dotted line. The complex itself looks nice, but consider it's location. Too close to the slums, many car break ins (including mine a another friend, one even had his boat stolen) Loud cars tearing around very often, and alot of punk kids. I'd rather spend an extra $50-100 a month and live in a gated community. As for the staff at stonebridge, no different. Now managed by greystar, manager Ivy Matias nothing, but a crook herself. After they altered my lease without my consent and would not return my security deposit I had to take them to court. Bottom line, look elseware.
