I have lived all over the valley as well as the country. From east to west and southeast, Stonebridge Ranch is a walk in the park compared to other places I've lived.

It sounds to me that the people complaining are the same people that could have possibly been born with a silver spoon in their mouth' Although lets hope then that they would have been privately schooled therefore having something more grammatically correct to say and far less spelling errors...

None the less, Stonebridge Ranch Staff is the most courteous I've encountered. I researched 15 different communities in the Chandler area before deciding on this one and still believe I made the right choice even after 5 months of occupancy. The grounds are immaculate, the landscaping polished and well-maintained, the pools are always well kept and the residents friendly.

Stonebridge Ranch is in a growing part of Chandler, so to say ghetto is a little extreme to say the least...Unfortunately cars get broken into and vandalized everywhere. Gates don't protect your vehicle, an alarm or other theft deterrent device will though. All my service requests have been completed in an expedient amount of time and the entire staff has their act together.

Trying to address all of the ignorance stated before is beyond myself, but if you care about the community in which you reside then you would love living at Stonebridge Ranch. I would like to leave you with this... When you don't get your way in a bad situation aren't you the 1st person asking for the supervisor' I know I am... Now turn the tables, when you receive amazing service, how many of you would take a moment out of your day to let someone's superior know that you just received great service' Few and far between...
