Great if you don't get your car towed illegally

This place is great if you own a dog.

I loved living here until Jeanette (manager) had my car towed. It was pretty shady; this happened in the middle of the night. I saw my car around 11 pm when I went to take my dog out at 5:30 am it was gone. After speaking with the police department and finding out that my car was towed. I had to wait until 9 am to go and get my car. I found out from the towing company that the property manager had my car towed per her request.

When I finally got my car I called Jeanette to find out why she had my car towed from my assigned covered spot. She said it was because there was not a current tag on my car. And I let her know that if she was going to have a car towed that as common curiosity the least she should have done was left a note on my door or left me a VM and in the future she might want to consider it for other residents who are in my situation. Had she spoken to me or actually done the proper researchcalling the DMVshe would have found out that the car wasnt in violation of expired tags. Instead of having my car illegally (meaning if it was not on public property it was not illegal, of course on private property the rules do not always apply) towed.as a sticker doesnt always suffice what is currently on file.

I was going to renewal my lease with this happening I wasnt sure what would happen down the line (I was going to pay an additional $185). They must get some sort of payout from the towing company. I lived there for 25 months, I hope there small pay out was worth losing a long time resident. As, I would think it would be in their best interest to keep a tenant who pays $800 a month guess I lack common business sense for thinking that.

This same thing has happend to my boyfriend's truck(he's on the lease), to my car (I'm on the lease) and believe it or not to my brothers car who was visiting one night. No notices given at all! I know that Sheriff Joe's been investigating tow company's running illegal operations in the east valley, I think they need to look into the high volume of vehicles towed from this complex and the circumstances surronding each, I think they will find something is not right!
