I have live at Stonebridge Ranch Apartments for 6 months now,and this is the worst apartment community I have lived in.I pay $800 dollars a month,to live in a decent apartment community.Now Stonebridge Ranch allows Section 8 rentals where I live.It is a disgrace,this place is turning into a ghetto.It is a real slap in the face to charge me that much in rent,and to allow Section 8 renters next door.The whole community is going downhill,the management staff does not care,they always blow you off and are rude.I am counting the days my lease is up.I do not advise anybody moving here!!!

there is nothing wrong with section 8 renters! You have good and bad tenants just like regular renters....don't be so prejudice toward low income struggeling families!!! Judge not or you shall be judged!!!

I work in a justice court where landlord tennant evictions are resolved. Section 8 means the complex will become infested with crime, drugs, violence, welare ho's with 8 kids from 8 fathers and Puff Daddy wannabe's.

i resent the comments made on section 8 renters yes there are a lot that ruin this blessing for those of use who realy need this kind of help . I work a full time job 80 hours every two weeks and i go to school, i am a single mother with one child and no help from her father finacialy i am not on welfare ,i do not get food stamps , nor do i get day care help this is the only help that i get, or want because of section 8 i will be a first time home owner next year rather than when my child is fifteen . Not all of us are bad people ,and since most people think like that i havent ben able to find any where to live at all this last month that is safe for me and my child we get stuck with terrible housing were no one cares about their properties like savanna point where i live ,the people there just seem to be getting worse and my lease is up and i have no where to go im so upset by this

Idon't know which comment made me mad the most,the one about the dirtball who pays $800,or the comment made about people having kids by wanna-be's.First of all,both of you sound like a piece of miserable piece of- - - -! If you weren't so miserable yourselves,you'd be able to tolerate life with it's up's,and down's.Second of all,what the hell do you think about them college students renting people's property,and destroying it just cause they have the money to do it,and what about thoses trashy women that goes,and have them embryo's implanted to get attention from the media,and have 8-10 babies at one time,and don't know their daddy,you weido.Their dumb behines have babies for publicity reasons,not out of LOVE, MORON!And as far as mr.$800's,there are plenty of apt's where section 8 tenant's are not allowed,what's your problem that you can find one.There is a such thing called breaking a lease dummie.I have a section 8 house, and it happen's to be very nice,oh,and yes I do have very nice furniture,and things to go with it.Oh, and by the way, I live in a very nice neighborhood where we don't have a high crime rate either simple-simon!
