Charging everyone moving out with carpet issues

Beware of moving here. I am now getting ready to go to court to fight paying for a carpet replacement that they conveniently determined AFTER my walk thru was signed. The carpet vendor is a crook and they have done this to at least 3 -4 people that I know of. Jeanette and two faced person. They are all nice until you sign that lease...They also cannot give me proof of when it was last replaced either. I will not pay and I will win this in court...
