This apartment complex is HORRIBLE!!! I lived there for 2 1/2 years, and my water bill for my 1 bdr 1 bath was never less than $26. I was paying almost what my girlfriend and her family was paying for thier 3000 sq/ft house!!! They say you pay for the water that you use, but that is BS!!! After I moved out they charged me for carpet replacement saying my cat stained the carpet and made the place smell like Urine..... I DON"T EVEN HAVE A CAT!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Take my advice!!! DO NOT RENT HERE!! You can find much better aparments for the same price! Trust me I did!

The Manager here is a con! There is too many people that have complained from this site for anyone who reads this to go and rent. Take everyone's advice, not this many people can be wrong. I got the same notice for my 1 bedroom that my rent was going to go up from $690 to $765, and that was a 12 month lease... If I had signed a 6-9 month lease, it was going to be $845!!! For a one bedroom apt... they think thier complex is the best in Chandler, and they are mistaken. Please Trust the people who have rented here, and STAY AWAY!! This isn't just a bunch of individuals having problems, majority of the people there have had problems with the management. In my side of the building, 5 of the 12 units had problems with the management... STAY AWAY!!!
