I now live in Australia, however I did live @ stonebridge for 6 months in 2004 and I took immaculate care of my apartment. The microwave malfunctioned one time while I was making popcorn and must have overheated in some way (it was only in there for a 2 minutes) and set the bag of popcorn on fire!! Well, they fixed the microwave and there was no permanent damage to it. After I moved out suddenly they said that I had damaged the carpet (which I didnt!) and also that I RUINED THE MICROWAVE and charged me $900 dollars for the microwave and thousands for the carpet, not to mention due to a job loss I had to move and then they put a judgement against me to the tune of $7000 dollars for the remainder of the lease even though they filled the apartment within a month!! They are total scammers and take advantage of people. If I were still in the states I would be joining in on the legal action...good luck all.

Take them to court, any person in their right mind knows that a microwave does NOT cost 900.00
