I lived at Stonebridge Ranch for almost 3 years. I moved to Nashville, TN almost a year ago. I currently work at an apartment complex in Nashville and realized that nobody ever thinks to post on apartment ratings unless they have something negative to say. So I thought I would post how wonderful of an experience I had living at Stonebridge Ranch, and how sad I was to leave. ANY maintenance problems we ever had were Always taken care of in a very timely manner. Then whole office staff was always nothing but friendly. The biggest thing i have learned about the industry is that 95% of people's complaints and bad reviews come from an issue that is their fault. Everyone wants the rules that are clearly stated in their lease to be bent for them and their situaiton.
Our neighbor in the complex did have their car stolen and that was very unfortunate, but again, that is not an issue of the management. Cars get stolen from outside people's homes, especially in Chandler, everyday. It is very unfortunate. But that's life. Not a reflection of poor management. You do have the option to get a garage. We did not get our deposit back either. We were kind of disappointed about that, but it wasn't very much anyway so we didn't make a big deal of it.
Jeannette was always nothing but nice and a very professional property manager. They go above and beyond for resident events.
Overall my experience at Stonebridge Ranch was amazing! If i were to ever move back to the area, Stonebridge Ranch is the only place I would want to live.

Hi! We love it here too, but we have heard alot about them charging for carpet replacement when residents move out. Were you ever charged for new carpet when you moved out? How did your move out go?
