I have lived at Stonebridge Ranch for just over a year and recently renewed my lease. I have never lived in an apartment community that is so Wonderful! Everyone in the office is amazing; they treat each resident (and their pets) like family and always go out of their way to make sure their residents are happy. They offer many accomodations that other communities do not. For instance, every other Saturday they host a brunch for residents and their families and friends. This is a great way to meet fellow residents while enjoying a free meal! Also, they have a concierege service that makes life here that much easier. Even better, many of the services are free of charge! And need I not forget the DOG PARK! I still find it hard to believe that I found a community that honors pets the way they do. The dog park is not only convenient, but it allows all residents to have 'the back yard' that all apartments lack. As stonebridge states, "pets are family" here! (and they mean it)
The apartments themselves are beautiful, clean, modern, and most of all affordable! I have had one maintainance problem in the whole fourteen months I have lived here and it was promptly fixed the same day! I was amazed!
All in all, Stonebridge Ranch has been a great place to live! I could go on and on about all of the features that make it truely unique! I would recommend it to EVERYONE! The office staff is beyond amazing, the residents are friendly, and the units are great!
