The property has changed management once again. Refrences to Jenifer, judy and Elizabeth are outdated as they are not the management any more. Bret and Raven love to say they will handle a problem. Truth is if you have a problem the only way your going to get any help with it is if you e-mail the office. Don't bother calling them. I don't think they write work orders down. Maintenance used to keep the property picked up. Not any more. When my lease is up I'm out of this hole.

This response is very shocking because I live at Stonegate Village and the staff has always been courteous especially Brett & Raven. Whenever I had a problem they were alway quick to respond. I think that you are just an unhappy person.

I don't think he is unhappy. I lived there and had the same problems. They don't write work orders down, maybe you're just special.
