Living at Stonegate wasn't great at all. Our sinks never properly drained, even though they were fixed every other month. Washing machine broke, hot water heater broke, and dishwasher broke, and flooded the apartment. The automatic gate was always broken, (so much for a gated community), and the walk through always jammed. They told us that our apartment had a design flaw. No air would blow in the master bed room or bathroom. We always had over a $200.00 electric bill year round. Stonegate made no attempt to fix the issue, move us, or reimburse us. Also, when we tried to get thing fixed, it would take forever. My family came to visit & found a dead ratt & beer cans in the main pool. After moving out we didn??t do a walk through. Due to the new remodeling and selling of this apartment for condo??s they decided to charge us over $800 for new carpet 9 months later. They never attempted to contact us to let us know something was wrong. Will never recommend anyone to live there.
