The negative reviews that are listed here have obviously had some complaint with management. Question is how much was exagerated and what were the true facts. I would recommend these apts anytime.
It is very quiet for the number of apts. Everyone is friendly with each other. The manager has always greeted me with courtesy and has practically begged me to ask for any repairs. If the staff appears to change a lot, it is probably that they have moved on to a better position. When I first moved in there was a minor problem and they came the same day to fix and clean. They even supply the AC filters for you!
They have holiday parties for children which shows they care about their image. There are some big dogs here so if the potty pots smell it's better than leaving it on the ground. I have a dog and haven't seen a tick on her yet.
I guess there are always people who expect the world for the money they are paying. These apts would cost 1200/mo back East, because they are very clean and well maintained. Most people would find this a great location. Within 3 blocks are banks, a mall, P.O., library, arts center, markets, gas stations, churches, hospital,& restaurants.
If there is any problem, it is the dairy farm nearby which at times exudes some 'agricultural odors' but it is not bad and if you are staying for 8 mos as I am, you can live with it, for the other amenities.
