BEFORE THE NEW MANAGER STARTED, THINGS WERE NOT AS TERRIBLE. NOW, THINGS ARE BAD. THE MANAGER IS COMPLETELY RUDE, TO RENTERS AND TO HER STAFF. ALSO, FOR THE MONEY, NOT A GOOD DEAL. HEARING YOUR NEIGHBORS IS CONSTANT. AS FOR MAINTENANCE, MY WASHING MACHINE WAS PUTTING RUST ALL OVER MY CLOTHES AND RUINING THEM. I NOTIFIED MAINTENANCE AND THE OFFICE AND WAS TOLD TO GO OUT AND BUY CLR AND RUN IT THROUGH THE WASHER. I DID THIS AND IT DIDN'T WORK. I GOT NO RESPONSE TO MY COMPLAINTS AFTER THAT. PLEASE, SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!
