The parking is horrible, i have 3 small children and my parking space is on the other side of a wash (so it's not even like I can take a short cut through the landscape). There is a serious cricket problem and get this...There is only one trash dumpster in the entire complex, which is always full and smells like "Death".
Another thing, I am NOT a pet owner however everytime I vaccum my apt is SMELLS like a wet dog because of the previous renters animals. I have asked for them (the ladies who run the office as well as the maintenance supervisor) to clean my carpets to no avail.
Please save yourself the hassle of another move when you lease comes up to renew and DO NOT move into the Park at Pecos Ranch!
