Just to start our moving experience from Kansas was a night mare. The only thing that made it better was Genie at Camden Pecos Ranch. They found us an apartment and got us moved in immediately when our home sale fell through. Through out our stay Genie has been nothing but accommodating and caring. Wendy the new Manager is always available when I go in and need to talk about something. Since Wendy started I have seen some exterior improvements at the community. This proprty is perfect if you have small children there is a great greade school 2 minutes away and a bus stops right in front of the propety if you cannot transport yourself. Yes, there are crickets and other bugs. But where in the United States are there not crickets and bugs. They offer to spray every Thursday if you want. This property is close to Chandler mall and great highway access. Great floorplans and great prices. The pools are always clean and a refressing way to spend your weekends. The staff has been wonderful. My most sincere thanks to Genie who has always been on top of everything and never makes you feel like you are a bother. sometime I think she works 60 hours a week. I reccomend this place to anyone.
