Wow, that new manager is mean and has no idea what customer service is. Sure she is running a business, but come on... what about being friendly to your customers who spend $10,000 per year on rent'! And why is it that the entire staff is new' What noone can stand to work there'
The grounds are covered in dog poo. It smells so gross, especially in the summertime. The main pool is used often, but not kept clean enough. Always a slight tinge of green and someone else?s hair wrapped around your toes! Yuck!
Maintenence... when they finally do show up, usually on the 3rd to 4th request, the main guy is rude, and says your problem really is not a problem! On top of that, if he does do a repair, it will need to be redone because your issue WILL reoccur. Paint on the walls does not match, and will rub off.
Mice'' Yep! We?ve got them. Management only chuckles and sends pest control out with sticky pads. Flying black bugs... all over!
Overall, there are plenty of great floorplans in the area. The Park at Pecos Ranch is not worth your money, you WILL regret it!
