Okay, sure there may be crickets and some bugs but seriously, we live in the FRICKIN DESERT, what do you morons expect!'!' You think you won't have them any where else you live' Please MOVE! Do us ALL a favor!

For the property size, the noise level is next to none, even on a Saturday morning...the grounds always kept, pools always clean and for the few times I had to deal with maintenance they've been very prompt! They're always putting things on in the club house to bring the residents together...and while there are pets everywhere they're mostly on leashes and I've never had a problem smelling pet urine anywhere!

This is a great place to live, single, attached or married with children...it's a great community, so far my only complaint is that I can't park directly in front of my apartment.

Highly recommend!

Why is it impossible to believe that other residents may have had a completely different experience living here that you did? Why do we have to by "over exaggerating"? As someone who worked in property management for years I'm actually pretty understanding when it comes to work orders and such, but I have no tolerance for lousy customer service. I wish that my experience had been better, but unfortunately everything that I wrote in my review is 100% true. It is possible given the years between our posts that the management and maintenance staff have changed and thus customer service has improved, but I still wouldn't live there again.
