As I read these reviews, I am trying to figure out if they are truly describing my complex or not. We have seen crickets and ants,and lizards but, NO roaches, scorpions or spiders.

Mgmt. is very accomodating and greets us with smiles and inquires about how things are going all the time.

Maintenance is amazingly fast and courteous.

Lots of pets here, I have seen them on leashes and with the numerous areas with the bags/pots around, being responsible is so easy!

As for the noise levels... we are on the first floor and I have only heard the occassional thump of the upstairs 2 year old running around. NEVER hear a TV, stereo or talking. There is NO way you could hear a neighbor on the same level snoring since the bedrooms do not share walls at all (we live in a 3 bedroom building).

VERY well lit, super clean, fantastic workout room with tv and stereo and complimentary fitness magazines that they ENCOURAGE you to take with you!

Pool is sparkling clean and HEATED year round. Spa is one of the largest you will see in an apartment. The patios are HUGE! We have very large walk in closets in 2 of the bedrooms, the master bath is amazing!

This does not feel like an apartment... feels spacious and very welcoming.

I will concur that the trash compactor has an odor... but umm, it is TRASH! I do get frustrated that some residents can not seem to find the energy to actually place their bags in the compactor... lazy, rude folks are everywhere!

I challenge anyone to find a dark shadowy corner here though... Amazing lighting!

Maybe your apartment does not share bedroom walls with other apartments, but the small one bedrooms do.
