This is one of the worst managed apartments I've ever lived in.

When we moved in a year ago, our apartment was not even ready.

We arrived from out of state w/ a U-haul full of stuff to a dirty apartment with stains and dirt on the carpet.

When we went to management, they said that they could not do anything about it since it was a Sunday and nobody was available.

They then actually had the nerve to suggest that we move in on Monday so that they could clean it for us! Are you kidding me'!'!

We've had a broken dishwasher, broken toilet, a leaking A/C unit, and a broken dryer while we've lived here.

It would take a minimum of 2-days for them to get fixing these issues, even though they said that they would do it that day.

Their response to the delay in fixing the broken toilet: you have a 2 bathroom apartment, so you can just use the other.

Seriously.

The only thing this place has going for it is parking, but that is it.

Even though we've received numerous warnings about car theft and vandalism in our complex, I think that is a Chandler-thing in general and not specific to our complex.

Once your lease runs up, they will not extend any of the current specials they have available at the moment.

But really, with all the issues this place has, I wouldn't want to renew anyways.

Don't rent here.

Run far, far away.
