I wish I would have found this website before we signed our lease.We didn't see our apartment until after signing our lease and are very unhappy.We moved in two weeks ago and had to get the dishwasher, fridge, washer and dryer fixed! The dryer still doesn't dry in one cycle. Management refuses to remove the washer and dryer so we can use our own.All the appliances are extremely dated and worthless.We have no floor boards and there has been so many repairs it's ridiculous! Our ceiling and the neighbors floor are so thin we can hear every move they make in their apartment! (EVERY move!) It took me a week to clean our apartment because it wasn't cleaned by the previous tenants or management before we moved in! We gave management our feedback on how unhappy we were and they have yet to do anything.We only signed a 9 month lease, THANK GOD!Can't wait to get out of here! No matter how desperate you are, do NOT rent from Towne Square!
