I never had bug problems at all but these apts are terrible. the office staff is generally nice however if you have a problem with anything they do not help you. We had neighbors downstairs that have parties all the time and are never quiet. after calling the police several times, they said they would take of it but never did. they also promised we could get out of our lease if they and their lawyers couldn't do anything but never did. Those neighbors also slashed our child's bike tires. unsafe and i wouldn't recommend living there to anyone! I hated living there.
