Towne Square

The water at this complex will randomly just shut off. On 9/30 the ENTIRE COMPLEX LOST WATER FOR 8 HOURS with no warning. This is the 6th time this has happened in the last year and a half that I can recall. And often at very inopportune times. Is this legal?

Apt was clean when I moved in but there have been several maitanace issues. Nothing too severe (compared to no water).

The gravel area that surrounds the buildings is not only thinning out, but is covered in leaves and dog poop. Every Friday morning at around 8am the maitance people get the leaf blowers and lawn mowers going full bore! Great for people like me that work late...

Parking is not fun if you are there to visit someone. You'll have to park at the far end of the complex in the dark/poorly lit area. I walk people to and from their cars when they come over at night.

I know all of my neighbors and we're all pretty upset about how quickly it seems the place seems to be falling apart. One neighbor has had more maitance issues in the first month of being there than I have all year.

The GOOD about this place is the location, price, and the other people that live there. I'm so close to everything that I rarely get gas, maybe every other week. It is the least expensive place in that area that I've seen. I know all my neighbors and everyone seems friendly. I never call the office and only see the office people when I pay my rent so I'm indifferant to them.
