This is not the best place to live. I've lived in other places that were way better then this. Maintenance is very slow to fix things and when they do, it's never 100%. It will be fixed for maybe a month and then I have to make another call for the same issue and they always leave a big mess. They also move your furniture around and never place it back.
I don't always feel safe leaving my place. We always see mainly the fire department and sometimes the police department roaming around in the complex for whatever reason. Car windows have been smashed and egged. People aren't always friendly. You always have to keep an eye out as to where you are walking, because you might step in fetus, which is pathetic since they have dog fetus disposable trash cans all around the complex. It's never been cleaned, so it just piles up more and more. The water lines are also always down!
Management has been nice and will call for updates to see if everything is satisfactory, but that is the only good thing about this place. I've had friends that lived here before and never had problems, but that was years ago. The place has gone way downhill since! I would not recommend for anyone to live here!
