I am a fan of the apts so far! I believe I got lucky and moved into the model apt though.
Fresh paint and carpet.
Everyone who has come to my apt is impressed (in part to my girls decorating!).
SOme issue's but they were always resolved.
I do get peeved at the water outage issues.
From what I understand is there aren't valves for individual apartments so when work is done (like hot water heater) they have to valve off a large section.
Helpful staff, plenty of parking, great location, great price.
I am on the newer side (Federal St).
Bottom line is check out what you get before you sign a lease.
I only signed with the gaurantee that the apt I was shown was what I was getting.
I'd say a solid B

I don't work in the office. Is it that hard to believe that someone has a good experiance? Give me a break. I like the place, get over it. If I worked in the office, why wouldn't I give it a 5? Maybe you need a hobby.
