Tenants are poorly treated. The assisatant manager is rude and never have answers or help to offer. Maintenance is never caught up, everytime we put a work order request, we wait for days and sometimes weeks (no lie). There is no direct line to maintenance. The only time things are done is through threats and arguments, corporate is the only way things get done. The pools have been close for weeks due to health and safety issues. Water is always turned off. Car get stolen and vedelised all the times and the office doesn't. This is our home for now (unfortunately) but we are treated like nuisance. Run away!!
