What is with the swell of positive reviews' It looks like this started about a week ago.

There are one or two with some substance but most are just 2 sentence reviews which really shouldn't be considered an actual review.

Was there a community meeting requesting tenants go online and voice their glowing reviews of the property' Is it management ghosting as a reviewer to hype the property' Historically, most reviews were made every other month or every 3 months and were generally negative in nature.

Don't get me wrong.

The rush of positive reviews might well be meritted, however, the timing of it all seems questionable.

- I was a former tenant and gave a positive review at the time.
