I relocated from the Midwest to AZ in June of last year and found this complex in an apartment guide. When I first visited the complex and inquired about available units, I talked to a gentleman who was pretty rude and unhelpful. Come to find out, he was a maintenance guy who just happened to be covering while the actual office staff was showing a place. The move-in special at the time was too good to pass up so I went back and finally met with someone who knew what they were talking about and reserved a spot. I reserved a one bedroom but they didn't have one available at the time of move in so they offered a 2 bedroom at a lowered rate, which I took.
The staff are great, knowledgable, and genuinely helpful. My main complaint regards the apartment unit itself. I have never had so many things go wrong with an apartment before. The appliances are ancient and the fridge needed to be replaced. I had a leak in my ceiling twice and the second time, they came back to patch the ceiling and there was plaster splattered all over the place. The apartment unit was built in 1988, so I imagine the appliances are from that time as well. Maintenance did reply promptly when a work order was needed.
Recently, a couple of families have moved in with little kids and they run around the place with NO supervision. I've come close to running into a kid with my car twice! Hopefully management will talk to the parent's of Bebe's kids.
I would categorize this complex as a "Fisher-Price's My First Apartment." No bells, and whistles but a good price and helpful staff.
