We've been living in this apartment for 2 years now and have been mostly satified. The staff is friendly. Some noise problems, but nothing excessive. When our AC broke, Maintainance fixed it the same day we called. The insulation in our unit is not so good; our electric bills are little high for our square footage. The AC for our unit is old and not very good. They also had to shut off the water several times while we've been living here. We are living in one of the oldest units in the complex, so I would suggest going for one of the newer apartments in the complex (they expanded the complex twice since originally building it in 1989). Also, the neighborhood is nice. Parking stinks on our side of the complex, but is better in the back of the complex.
