Where do I start..well I moved in on the metro blvd. side. The apartment looked like a cat scratched up every cabinet in the kitchen and bathrooms...the walls and ceillings were dusty and yellow(and what they do is spray paint over it all instead of cleaning it)the ac was very loud the dishwasher sucked also the water from the sink would come out yellow and it would smell...Anyways we were there for about half of our lease when one day we come home late i walk in our apartment and it smelled really bad and musky so I walk to go to the bathroom before i even get there i notice that my feet are wet i turn on the light and notice the carpet is just flooded...and im like great the washer must have leaked(something i asked them to fix in the beg. but they didn't)then i start to look around and i can't even explain what i saw the ceilings in some parts were caved in ...i go to my sons room and his ceilling is coming apart!!! OMG what happened. So anyways the managment finds out and does nothing for 2 weeks(by the way they did not pay for us to stay anywhere)i finally had to threaten to get a lawyer before they would do anything. They expected for us to stay there with our 7 month old son. The place was full of mold and was just nasty. So they move us into another apartment on the Federal side and about 4 months later we are served with papers saying we have been evicted and are sentenced to court! They were holding onto our checks and not putting them through the bank...so we go to court and Towne Square that day had about 10 other cases against people for almost the same things. Basically after everything they still wanted us to renuew our lease''It made no sense at all. I said no way then they tell me well you haven't put in your 60 day notice so i said actually today would be 60 days. So i asked to fill out the paper then she tells me the only way they will accept it is when i pay them the money from the judgment...what'...I also thought that if your evicted that the lease is no longer valid. In the end Town Square will milk you for every penny they can. Eveything about the pools always being closed is true...The rape that happened there...your water is always being turned off...the list just goes on and on....its just not worth it!!
