we moved in and there was black mold in the outside storage, it looked like they painted over it later. also when we moved in the stove was broken. the woman above us flooded her bathroom and it soaked through to our ceiling and ruined christmas (see pictures) and when we told them we were concerned with mold they didnt do anything to make us feel better. then 8-9 months ago we requested a new medicine cabinet since the mirror was cracked and breaking everywhere and just now they installed it. here's what happened: they entered without permission, they shoved all my stuff to one side and spilt coffee ALL over everything and didn't clean it up, instead of leaving the invoice with the cabinet they walked to the opposite side of the apartment and on top of my very messy desk they find the ONE note that was personal to my husband and lay the invoice parallel to my writing which tells me they read the note. these people do not care. it is totally unprofessional. the spas outside are always filthy, the grounds are always messy, broken sprinkler heads everywhere, stray cats as far as the eye can see and they lay all over your porch, you can hear EVERYTHING the walls and floors are paper thin. nothing has been redone in this place it's all exactly the same was it was in the 80's. don't bother with them. it is not worth the rent i pay.

Thank you for the insight on this apartment. I moved here 7-25-07 and looked at this complex- the grounds were filthy- definitely not a Mark Taylor complex!

My Mom has been there for 8 month and has had most of the same problems everybody has had.
