I lived there for a year it was by far worst place to live. I walked out of my appartment one morning to blood everywhere!!! There was a fight the DAY before and they did not clean up the blood. It was on the walls, hand railing, plants and all over the ground! When I called their response was they hadnt got to it yet. GROSS!!!!I still have not received my deposit back I spoke with management several times and I moved out in June of 07! Oh and to make matters worse we had a peeping TOM we caught him looking through my roomates bedroom window several times they didnt seem to care they told us to contact the cops if it happend again. WTF'''' Poor management, bad communication, and slow a repairs! Dont even think about living there!!!!

Hey I had an experience that is very close to what you telling about. I had apartment broken into yet there was not sign of forced entry, called Chandler PD on the matter and also spoke with management there with out a resolution. According to the manager, "Maintenance supervisor went in but closed the door" The funny thing is no broken glass no sign of forced entry, just an apartment that was a mess and a few small high value items lost. Spoke with other residents there and told me that there had been other incidents.
