This place is horrific. I've lived here for almost 8 months and am finally moving out, thank god! I've never been less satisfied with an apartment (out of a total of 6 places). Opon returning from a X-mas vacation I came home to find the place had a sewage back up and my neighbor knocking on my door to tell me my place had been broken into. This person had noticed my screen door wide open on the night of the 22nd and called security. Security came, entered my apartment, looked around, decided everything was ok (only missing all my xbox games, some DVDs, a digital camera, and a jar of change, yeah can you believe it, a jar of change!), grabbed my feancee's keys from the table, locked up and gave the keys to my neighbor. The security officer then claims to have notified management about the break in and that he left a set of keys with our neighbor. My questions where this, why was a set of keys given to my neighbor I hardly knew, and why did management not step in and at least call me' Then when I went tell the management of my break in I asked why they did not call, and their responce was "you just left the screen door open. It happens all the time." I couldn't believe it. I knew for a fact I locked the door, and surely didn't leave it wide open, not to mention the lock had obviously been forced. So, I chewed them out, put in a work order for the lock and the sewage back up. They promptly came out for the sewage, but they never made it around to fix the lock, so I did it myself (and finally got a wooden dow to put at the base of door, which I should have done in the first place).

On to other problems. The water heater.....you'd be lucky to get through a full load of dishes with hot water, so forget more than a 2 minute shower (I told them about this, but they didn't care). Then the noise....you'd swear you had eliphants for your upstairs neighbors, throw in a couple of kids jumping around and every night's an earthquake. The dog poop....they have bags out, and I see a guy going around picking it up, but it is still everywhere. The trash....similar to the dog poop, its everywhere. Stray cats.....yeah there's at least one cat lady on the property. She leaves food out for strays, I got into a verbal confrentation about it with her a few times since she leaves it on comon ground, and told the management, didn't matter. So you'll wake up to cat fights, or cats in heat, if you have a pet I'd stay away. Kitchen....TINY! It shows ok, but the cuboard space is next to nothing. It looks like there is enough of it, but when they are only 10" deep they fill up fast. Paint on the carpet....when we moved in, the place had been painted, but they managed to get just as much on the carpet as on the walls. Black medal chairs at the pools...genious, its 115 degrees outside and you replace the white plastic ones with metal.....The spas....always dirty, we're talking moss several inches long growing in these things, only hot in the summer.

Good things: Rec room is ok, the pool itself is nice, big outdoor storage, plenty of parking.
