Apartment living at best can be a challenge in terms of noise, parking, etc. That is the nature of apartment living. Since living in an apartment is a choice, Towne Square is affordable and a dream compared to other properties. I have read the previous reviews and was amazed at the negative remarks!! Management and staff at Towne Square are always helpful, pleasant, and accommodating. They address all issues promptly and satisfactorily. If residents paid their rent on time, cars are parked where they should be,tenants being courteous to each other in terms of keeping their noise level down, picking up after their pets and just being good neighbors the community would be a happier place. Everyone needs to do their part and not put the blame on management at Towne Square. Keeping in mind the age of this complex and its few problems, if you can find an apartment that is more affordable, grounds that are in better condition, maintenance staff that does a better job and a more pleasant management team then what we have at Towne Square, I would say GOOD LUCK!!! We can always find fault in anything, so how about we count our blessings and enjoy living in this wonderful community! I for one, am here to stay.............

I don't think people would "choose" to live in an apartment if they could afford a house! You sound very rich and very snotty by saying that.

You've misunderstood my review. I meant that we have many properties to choose from when renting an apartment, so there are no victims. I chose Towne Square. You, my friend sound as if you're recentful of other peoples success. Get over it!!
