Renters Beware...an honest review.

I would not & will not recommend this apartment complex to any friend, family member, co-worker or complete stranger. From the day I moved in to 500 N Metro Blvd there have been problems. Upon receiving keys I found the following in my apartment; a broken washer machine, a broken ceiling fan that needed to be replaced, a tennis ball size hole on the inside of the refrigerator door, paint on the carpet, the previous renters prescription in the bathroom drawer, food in the kitchen cupboards and dishes in the broken dishwasher that leaked all over the kitchen floor the 1st time I used it. Unfortunately unless you allow maintenance to go into your apartment at their convenience you can only schedule appointments on Wednesdays which isn't very tenant friendly. Of course I wouldn't want a stranger in my apartment when I'm not there and I don't know anyone else who would either. It took several weeks for all the items to be fixed. Management did offer me $100 compensation for my troubles which I accepted in lieu of moving again within a 30 day period. Moving again just seemed like too much trouble, but dealing with the leasing office and their apathetic nature to problems has made me disappointed in my decision to stay. The sprinkler systems sprays my vehicle on a daily basis and now the hard water stains have to be detailed out by a body shop and there's nothing management/maintenance/landscaping will do. The walls are paper thin, I can hear my downstairs neighbor's alarm clock, and the appliances in this unit are ancient. Upon reviewing other websites I've found that this apartment complex has below average reviews on most of them. I wish I would have done more research prior to moving in here. I have never had as many problems in the 3 other apartment complexes I've lived in over 10 years as I have here. I'm grateful that my lease will be up shortly so that I can relocate. I've would definitely recommend Camden Pecos Ranch and The Fairways which are both in Chandler based on their leasing office staff and their willingness to help their tenants with all matters. That's more important to me than anything.

This review sounds like a disgruntled former employee to me, but that's just my opinion!!!

This is very similar to my move-in experience. Sorry you had to go through all this. Luckily, my lease term was only 9 months.
