Hi, I just want to recommend that anyone interested in these, or any other questionable apartments, check with the better business bureau to see how they stack up there. That way, you know you won't be dealing with fake praises made by employees or other people with vested interest in the property.

I too have experienced the water shut offs recently but we were also told that they were doing preventive maintenance which included inspecting all the hot water heaters and replacing them if needed. I have NEVER lived somewhere where they annually checked hot water heaters, smoke detectors, A/C's, checked the frig, etc. This to me is excellent service, not inconvenience. And the location is perfect, close to everything! I live on the bottom floor and never hear the folks upstairs...

Did they actually come check your water heater, because they certainly never came to check mine (though that was always their excuse when I called to ask about the water being turned off), AC (I've always had to replace my own filter), or fridge (as I had to call them to fix my fridge 5 times, literally, before the problem was fixed). Lucky you if you've had a good experience, but mine was certainly not.
