I have never lived anywhere that cares so much about the people who occupy their apartments! It is just not normal! Seriously, the people in the office calling out of the blue just to check in? Five to ten different resident functions a month to choose from? Food packages delivered if you are in need? If you call the manager she actually calls you back?! I'm not going anywhere unless I buy a house...and I love my neighbors!

You said, "...the people in the office calling out of the blue just to check in..." Do you have that many maintenance calls? The only time they call me is to see if the maintenance guys completed a service request I put in.
You said, "Five to ten different resident functions a month to choose from' Food packages delivered if you are in need..." I believe you're speaking of the Cares Team, which is a couple who lives in the apartment complex that voluntarily puts on events and does things like food packages when asked...
You said, "If you call the manager she actually calls you back." This is correct, in my experience. That said, I can't really say the manager always responds cheerfully to my needs as a tenant, but she does always call back.
You said, "I love my neighbors!" Do we even live in the same apartment complex? Towne Square in Chandler, Arizona, right? No..wait...are you from the Cares Team?

Seems like someone who works for this apartment's management is writing this to do some damage control ! This is the worst place to live in ! Dangerous lousy service they will con you when you move out !
