I agree with ALL of the negative reviews here. I have faced every one of those issues other people are talking about. I feel relieved I am out of this s***t *ole !

1. Water will be shut off WITHOUT notice !
2. Apartment is 25 years old and nothing is ever done to fix old and broken fixtures.
3. AC wont work for days and weeks in the summer months in Arizona. You can imagine the agony. They said they will give us another apartment till the AC is fixed and gave us keys to an apartment where someone was already living. When we entered the house the father and daughter in that house were terrified and so were WE. We had to go back to our apartment and live there without ac for 10 days in July. And this was the first week we moved in. Use your imagination to feel the frustration.
4. AC water was leaking all over the carpet underneath it. We had to keep buckets to catch the dripping water.

So, beware. There is Club Cancun Apartments right across the street on federal st. Rent there. It is a classy place for just a little more than what you pay in Town Square. This place is really nice and exact opposite of that nightmare place.

I agree 100%. Towne Square is the worst complex i've ever lived in, and i've lived in south phoenix! Everything above is true, and there is a bad roach problem. The maintanence and office are the worst you will find anywhere! Stay away from this hell hole!
